This automotive chassis silicone seal strip adopts composite structure of built-in steel wire + silicone body with side bubble and top bubble. The inner steel wire provides lasting shaping ability and strong clamping force, which can stably lock on chassis edges without loosening, falling off or warping after long-term bumpy driving. The dual bubble structure on side and top brings superior compression resilience. When the vehicle is running, the bubble part fits gaps closely to effectively block mud, sand, rainwater, dust and splashing sewage from invading the chassis interior, reducing corrosion of chassis parts. Meanwhile, it buffers vibration and friction during driving to lower abnormal noise. Made of high-quality silicone material, it can work normally within -60℃~200℃, maintaining stable softness and elasticity in high-temperature summer and cold winter. It also boasts great ozone resistance, UV resistance and weather resistance, resisting aging, hardening and cracking caused by long-term outdoor exposure and road environment.
